The core of the school project was the role-play experience involving the creation of an eco-company.

It was a long and detailed process that had begun months earlier in Italy with the team working preparation phase.

Together with my Italian classmates, we had spent hours studying the market and devising a business plan that was truly sustainable.

However, putting all this into practice in Spain, collaborating with European partners, was a completely different and interesting challenge.

We had to negotiate, mediate between different visions, and find creative solutions to unexpected problems.

This process triggered a whirlwind of feelings and emotions in me: from the initial tension during the presentations to the immense joy of seeing our project take shape.

Ongoing activities included school presentations and the development of the final business plan. It was an exercise in leadership and cooperation that made me feel more mature and aware of my professional and communication skills.
