When we first arrived in Spain, we were a little nervous because it was our first time traveling there from Romania. At the beginning we didn’t know what to expect and everything felt a bit strange. However, after the first day we started to feel much more comfortable.

Our host family was very kind and welcoming. Even though at first it was a little awkward, we soon started talking more and getting to know each other better. We spent time together eating meals, listening to music and sharing stories about our cultures.

During the program we had many interesting and fun activities. We visited different places, went on small trips and took part in educational programs. We also learned a lot about the environment and how important it is to protect our planet. The activities were enjoyable and helped us understand new things.

At school we met many local students and people. They were very friendly and helped us learn some Spanish words. It was exciting to communicate with native speakers and experience their culture.

Overall, the trip was an amazing experience for us. We made new friends, learned many new things and had a lot of fun. If we had the chance, we would definitely like to go back again. Emma Princz, 8th grade
