From 21th to the 25th of October 25, a group of students from IES Bernat Guinovart had the opportunity to take part in an Erasmus mobility programme in Satu Mare, Romania. Right from the beginning, we felt welcomed and were truly fascinated by the beauty of the city, with its historical streets and the warm people who greeted us.
Throughout our stay, we took part in various activities that allowed us to get to know the cultures of the other participating countries much better. One of the highlights was the intercultural dinner, where each delegation cooked a typical dish from their country. This experience was not only delicious but also enriching: sharing food and culinary traditions brought us closer together and helped us understand both the differences and the similarities that unite us.
We also thoroughly enjoyed the traditional dance activity. Every group taught the others a popular dance from their country, and it was amazing to learn new steps and rhythms while dancing and laughing together. This activity showed us that music and movement truly are universal languages, capable of connecting people from any part of the world.
In addition, we had the chance to explore the Romanian countryside with a hike in the mountains—a breathtaking and unforgettable experience. The natural landscape was incredible, and the day was full of adventure. We can’t forget the parties either, where we danced and celebrated the new friendships we had made.
In short, it has been a mobility that will always remain in our hearts.
