A culinary workshop brought together students who, with the help of art and technology teacher Daiva Sasnauskienė, learned to prepare a chosen main dish and dessert. During this activity, the students mastered the art of making “netikras zuikis” (Lithuanian-style meatloaf) and chose low-calorie banana muffins for dessert.
The young chefs’ culinary creations were evaluated by a panel of judges – the school’s cooks Gitana, Asta, and Jūratė, as well as health specialist Silvija.
The recipes of these dishes will be included in the joint Erasmus+ CREATE project cookbook, which promotes healthy eating and nutritious food choices.
