Within the framework of the international Erasmus+ project CREATE, students from the first and second years (Prima and Sekunda) participated in the voluntary event “Let’s Clean Up Slavičín” on April 10, 2026. This initiative focuses on developing green skills and strengthening environmental responsibility among young people.
The cleanup took place in selected locations across the town of Slavičín. Students actively engaged in waste collection and maintenance of green areas, putting into practice the core values of the CREATE project – care, react, and act tenaciously for a healthy world. This activity will be further documented and used as part of the project outputs to inspire other students toward ecological behaviour.
A total of 56 students from the lower grammar school participated in the event. Through their commitment, the students demonstrated that education for sustainability begins with concrete actions that directly contribute to protecting our environment and building a greener future for everyone.
