A group of exceptional students has been officially recognized for their extraordinary dedication to both environmental sustainability and international collaboration.
The initiative successfully combined local recycling efforts with the global mission of the Erasmus+ CREATE project, culminating in a special reward ceremony at the end of the school year.
Driving Global Change Through Local Action
The recognized students demonstrated outstanding commitment and active participation in the international project Erasmus+ CREATE.
Throughout the project’s timeline spanning 2024 to 2026, these individuals went above and beyond in their work for the school, serving as exemplary representatives of our institution’s core values.
Turning Waste into Rewards
To honor their hard work, the school utilized funds generated directly from student-led waste recycling campaigns. The recycling drive yielded impressive results:
  • 0.313 tons of metals collected (generating 914 CZK)
  • 0.075 tons of batteries collected (generating 975 CZK)

The total proceeds of 1,889 CZK were fully reinvested into the students. The school purchased three gift vouchers from the AE Partner stationery store in Slavičín—two valued at 630 CZK and one valued at 629 CZK. These vouchers were proudly presented to the three selected students at the close of the academic year.
A Lasting Ecological Impact
The project team has rated the entire ecological campaign as highly successful. Beyond the tangible results of clearing hundreds of kilograms of waste, the initiative successfully raised environmental awareness across the entire school community, proving that student action can create a cleaner, healthier world.
