The CREATE Cookery book is more than just a collection of recipes – it’s a delicious journey across six European countries. Each page tells a story of tradition, creativity and friendship. Students didn’t simply write down cooking instructions; they explored the roots of their national dishes, learned about local ingredients and shared memories connected to family and community life. Through this collaboration, young people discovered how food can unite cultures and spark curiosity about one another’s heritage. The result is a colourful, heartfelt book that celebrates both culinary diversity and the spirit of Erasmus+ cooperation.
