On the morning of March 14, students from Grades 8 and 9 took part in Erasmus+ project CREATE @createerasmus24 activities.
During an educational trip to the alpaca farm “Kristiano alpakos,” they learned about the peculiarities of breeding and raising alpacas, observed their behavior, and had the opportunity to pet and feed them.
The farm owners explained the process of obtaining alpaca wool, its properties, and uses.
Students also learned about the importance of sustainable livestock farming and the responsible use of natural resources.
The visit was not only a valuable educational experience but also a great opportunity to develop entrepreneurship skills by learning how natural materials for textiles are produced.
